WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

  1. Submit a claim by filling the online Warranty Claim Form and tell us what happened
  2. Upload a scan copy of proof of purchase with your shipment on which the location of purchase, date of purchase, and original purchase price can be seen
  3. Wait for our reply with the solution to the problem mentioned by you in the online Warranty Claim Form
  4. If the product problem can be resolved without any repair at our workshop, a solution will be provided on mail and hence the claim will be closed
  5. In case the product needs to be repaired at our workshop, you will be intimidated through an email. You will need to send in your headphone for analysis at the address mentioned in the online Warranty Claim Form
  6. We will email you the status of your claim
  7. Headphone will be repaired for approved claims and repaired headphone will be sent back to the customer address provided in the online Warranty Claim Form
